hiit: (high intensity interval training) - a nonstop powerhouse workout; short intense periods of strength, endurance, plyometric, and full body weight training exercises are interspersed with moderate activity recovery periods and a core workout
pilates: a series of strengthening, lengthening and stretching exercises designed to improve posture, flexibility, core strength, mobility and overall muscle tone
pure strength: full-body workout using weights, steps, body bars and floor exercises
tai chi: an internally-focused chinese martial art incorporating deep breathing and slow movements.
total body: a strength-training class targeting major muscle groups using various equipment and body weight
